​​Unconventional - in all societies of every variety,
I lived in several “multicultural societies”,
This causes me anxieties, with no proprieties,
I’m…. intolerant of intolerance, tolerant of deviance,
I’m Logophilic, Linguaphilic, Ailurophilic,
Misanthropic, but I'm not Myopic.

I’ve been accused of having a brain like a Sieve,
But that’s not true, I’m just In-qui-si-tive.

I drive friends crazy with existential questions,
They wonder why I ask so many questions,
Saying it’s Monty Python’s ‘Spanish Inquisition’
It’s just the way I process situations, learning self-expression -

unless you’ve got better suggestions?

 

So please don’t question me and my history,

just believe me and my back story.
I’ve got no intention to lie or conflate,

if you assume that - I will be most irate,
Just ask questions and don’t underrate...
